Welcome to Ping Pong Live. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Ping Pong Live website, web app, live rooms, private rooms, in-app credits, gifting features, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the platform, purchasing credits, sending gifts, entering private rooms, or using any feature of Ping Pong Live, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase Credits, send gifts, access private rooms, or use features on Ping Pong Live. If local law requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that higher age requirement. By using Ping Pong Live, you confirm that you are legally eligible to use the platform and make purchases.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account using your phone number, email address, username, password, or other information. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Ping Pong Live may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraud, or create safety, payment, legal, or operational risk.
3. In-App Credits
Ping Pong Live may allow users to purchase digital in-app credits, referred to as Credits, for use inside the platform. Credits may be used for sending gifts, accessing private rooms, unlocking premium features, boosting visibility, participating in paid app experiences, or other in-app features made available by Ping Pong Live.
4. Credits Are Not Money
Credits are digital in-app only. Credits are not cash, not cryptocurrency, not securities, not investments, not stored value accounts, and not financial products. Credits have no cash value, cannot be traded, cannot be transferred outside Ping Pong Live, and cannot be redeemed for money by regular users.
5. Purchases and Payments
When you purchase Credits or paid features, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes, fees, or charges. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to follow the payment provider's applicable terms and policies. Ping Pong Live does not control card issuer decisions, bank declines, payment processor reviews, fraud checks, or third-party payment delays. A purchase is not complete until payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
6. Final Sale Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases of Credits, gifts, private room access, boosts, premium features, and other digital items are final and non-refundable. Ping Pong Live may, at its sole discretion, issue credits, corrections, refunds, or account adjustments in limited cases, including technical errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized charges, or payment processing issues.
7. Gifts and Private Rooms
Users may use Credits to send gifts or access private rooms and other premium experiences. Sending a gift does not create ownership rights, investment rights, revenue rights, partnership rights, employment rights, or payment rights for the sender. Private room access may be limited by time, host availability, moderation rules, technical conditions, account status, or other platform controls.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, impersonate, commit fraud, use stolen payment methods, manipulate credits or balances, hack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt the platform, upload malware, send spam, run scams, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
9. Content
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, stream, share, message, or display on Ping Pong Live. By posting or uploading content, you grant Ping Pong Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, modify for technical formatting, and use the content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and providing the platform.
10. Creator and Host Features
Some users may be approved as creators, influencers, hosts, or account holders. Creator eligibility, gift rules, payout eligibility, private room rules, revenue share, payout timing, identity verification, tax forms, and requirements may be governed by separate creator terms of agreements.
11. Taxes
Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations related to their purchases, earnings, gifts, or virtual currency on Ping Pong Live. Ping Pong Live may collect applicable taxes where required by law. Creators or hosts who receive payouts may be required to provide tax information before payment.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or payment claim, Ping Pong Live may temporarily or permanently restrict your account while the issue is reviewed. If a payment is reversed, Ping Pong Live may remove related Credits, gifts, private room access, premium features, or account privileges. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
13. Platform Availability
Ping Pong Live aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may experience downtime, delays, bugs, payment interruptions, maintenance, third-party outages, internet issues, or technical failures. Ping Pong Live may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
14. Data and Privacy
Your use of Ping Pong Live is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Termination
